1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VoyAmigo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VoyAmigo is a travel community platform that provides hotel booking services with member-only pricing, a points-based loyalty program, a leaderboard and tier system, a referral program, and travel companion matching. We act as an intermediary connecting members with hotel partners and travel service providers.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Points and Tier System

Members earn points through hotel bookings, referrals, and promotional activities. Points determine your tier status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum). We reserve the right to modify point values, tier thresholds, and reward structures at any time with reasonable notice.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold except as expressly permitted by VoyAmigo. Abuse of the points system, including fraudulent bookings or referral manipulation, may result in account suspension.

5. Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings made through VoyAmigo are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel partner. We facilitate the booking process but are not the provider of accommodation services. Cancellation policies, check-in requirements, and other booking terms are set by individual hotels.

6. Referral Program

Members may invite others to join VoyAmigo through our referral program. Referral rewards are subject to the terms of the referral program as published on the platform. Spamming, fake referrals, or other abusive practices are prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate points or the leaderboard
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Upload harmful content or engage in harassment of other members
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on VoyAmigo are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

VoyAmigo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to VoyAmigo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and any accumulated points may be forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
